Reference Definitions

• PrntScrn.net® and PrntScrn® refers to the PrntScrn Network and its websites, and excludes its owners and operators.
• 'Material' refers to any file uploaded to PrntScrn® and/or any file stored on PrntScrn®'s servers.
• 'You' refers to you as the individual who uploads material to PrntScrn®, has uploaded files to PrntScrn®, or accesses files from PrntScrn®.
• 'URL' refers to the location of any file located on the PrntScrn® Network

PrntScrn.net® Terms of Service

PrntScrn.net® reserves the right to have removed or replaced, any files contained within the PrntScrn network. PrntScrn.net® assumes no liability for lost or misplaced information.

By using the service provided by "PrntScrn.net®" you, as a user of this service, agree to the following conditions of use:

• You are prohibited from uploading any material classified as "Pornography", "Violently Obscene", "Explicitly Sexual in Nature" or in any way depicting material legally considered unsuitable for viewing by minors. This includes pictures, both photographic or artistically rendered, that display human nudity or the act of sexual intercourse.


• You are prohibited from uploading any material protected in any way by United States copyright law, without explicit consent from the holder of said rights. If you are the holder of said rights, you do not forfeit any of these rights in the act of uploading protected material.


• You are prohibited from uploading any material whose sole purpose is the advertisement of a product, service, or business entity of any form with the intended purpose of financial profit, irrelevant of whether you are the owner of the subject of said advertisement.


• You are prohibited from uploading any material which violates United States law in any way.


• Any files being uploaded must be formatted in adherence to one or other of the file types deemed acceptable by "PrntScrn.net". These include, and are limited to: .JPG .JPEG .GIF .TIFF or .PNG.

Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in the immediate removal of any offending data, and the immediate banning of the offending user(s) for a time which "PrntScrn.net" reserves the right to define, and modify at any time.

Privacy Policy

At any given time, the following data and information about a user may be collected:

• IP Address
• Login cookie
• Date and Time at which a file is uploaded, or accessed
• File's URL
• Referrer logs

PrntScrn.net® is fanatically dedicated to your privacy and will never under any circumstances sell, trade or otherwise provide personally identifiable information to any third party other than law-enforcement.

Legal Policy

By using the services provided by "PrntScrn.net", you are expressing consent to be bound by all "Terms of Service" defined by "PrntScrn.net", both currently existing and defined in future.

Ignorance of any of the Terms of Service defined above does not in any way impact their binding nature. Any infringements will be dealt with irrelevant of any knowledge on the part of the user of the binding nature of such.
